Question 1: What is JEE Main?
Answer : JEE Main is a national level engineering entrance exam, conducted every year by CBSE for admission in Undergraduate Engineering Programs at NITs, IIITs & Other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions.

- Age: Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 1, 2000 are eligible. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years
- Education: passed their Class 12th Exam or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2023 or 2024, or be appearing for the exam in 2025.

Answer : Yes, Hindi medium paper will be bilingual in English and Hindi medium.

- 12th Passed Students improvement: Copy of their Admit card/Hall ticket for improvement of performance in Class 12th /Qualifying Examination 2025.
12th Passed Students: Copy of their Final marks- sheet/ marks statement of Class 12th /Qualifying Examination of year. - 12th Appearing Students: Copy of their Admit card/Hall ticket for class 12th/Qualifying Examination 2025.
- Admit Card & ID: The Admit Card (Internet Printed) & any other identity proof or document such as Aadhar Card. In case if Aadhar Card is not issued to candidates, he must bring the same identity proof or document used for submitting the application form.
- Only for the candidates, suffering from diabetes: Allowed to carry into the examination hall the eatables like sugar tablets / fruits (like banana/apple/ orange) and transparent water bottle.
- Note: The Candidates have to write Roll No. of JEE (Main) Examination on the copy of the document being submitted in support of class 12th/Qualifying examination.
